02What we sell.

LindaStudio makes digital products for families: keepsakes made from your own pictures, guides for setting up AI helpers at home, and step-by-step blueprints for making videos with AI. Through 57 Club we also post physical items, such as the 57 Mail Club Halloween envelope. Each product page describes what you receive.

We describe everything as accurately as we can. Examples and mockups show the kind of thing you will get. A made-to-order item will be your own, so it will not match an example exactly.

03Orders and payment.

Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars and are charged at checkout through Stripe. We do not add sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout.

Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a price was listed by mistake, and if we do we will refund anything you paid for it.

04How it arrives.

Digital products are delivered by email or download link to the address you give at checkout. Ready-made downloads are ready as soon as your payment goes through. We will tell you the timing for a made-to-order item before you order it.

Posted items travel by standard untracked post, so there is no tracking number or delivery update. Postage for the 57 Mail Club Halloween envelope is included in its price. We collect orders from 31 October to 7 November 2026, then prepare and post the envelopes after that, so your envelope will not be sent as soon as you order.

If a digital order has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to us through the contact form and give the email address you ordered with.

05Refunds and returns.

57 Mail Club envelopes: we do not offer refunds if you change your mind, so please check your order and postal address before you pay.

If your envelope is lost in the post or arrives damaged, write to us through the contact form and we will send you a replacement.

Digital products: we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

06What you can do with it.

When you buy from us you receive a personal licence, not ownership of the underlying work. You may:

• download, print and use your purchase within your own household
• keep a backup copy for yourself

You may not:

• resell, give away or publicly share the files
• use them for a client, a class or a business without our written agreement
• remove our name or pass the work off as your own

07What you send us.

Some orders are made from material you send us, such as a photo or a drawing. You confirm that you have the right to share it, and you give us permission to use it to make and deliver your order. How we store and delete it is covered in the privacy policy.

Please do not send us anything unlawful, or anything that belongs to someone else.

08Made with AI.

We use AI tools to help make our products, and some of our guides teach you to use such tools yourself. AI output varies from one attempt to the next, and the third-party tools we mention can change their features, prices and terms at any time.

Our guides are general information, not professional advice. We cannot promise a particular result from following one, so check anything important before you rely on it.

09Free guides and waitlists.

Signing up for a free guide or a waitlist adds you to our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Joining a waitlist is not an order, and it does not guarantee a place or a price.

10Our content.

The words, designs and files on this site belong to LindaStudio or to those who have licensed them to us. Please do not copy or republish them without asking. Linking to the site is always welcome.

11If something goes wrong.

We make and run all of this with care, but the site and our products are provided as they are, and we cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. [To be checked against the governing law.]

12Which law applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of Malaysia, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

13Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms as the studio changes. The date under the title shows the latest version, and the version in force when you placed an order is the one that applies to that order.
